Roly Hockenhull is a Senior Consultant Forensic Collision Investigator and Vehicle Examiner for Wayman. He resides in Bedfordshire. He is a full member of the Institute of Traffic Accident Investigators (M.I.T.A.I.) and holds a Licentiateship with the City & Guilds Institute (L.C.G.I.). He is an Associate Member of the Society of Operations Engineers (A.M.S.O.E.) and an Associate Member of the Institute of Road Transport Engineers (A.M.I.R.T.E.).
Roly served with Bedfordshire Police for over 30 years. In 1985 he commenced Road Policing Duties and has been involved in Collision Investigation work since 1988. In 2002 Roly became a full time member of the Bedfordshire Police Collision Investigation Unit holding the position of Senior Collision Investigator until his retirement from the force in 2009. During that time he attended numerous collision and major crime scenes. He has presented evidence in Magistrates, Crown, Civil and Coroners courts.

- Institute of Motor Industry Certificate in Large Vehicle Examination.

- City and Guilds Certificate in Tachograph Chart Analysis and Enforcement – Level 2.
